If you have to rent a car from the Stuart, Florida location, deal with Jay. She is the best! She was very helpful and had a GREAT attitude. She is the type of employee that Avis needs to keep! She deserves a raise / promotion. Jay made renting a car while my twin sister was passing less stressful. I would definitely rent from this Avis location again! Great job Jay! Keep smiling :)
Wonderful ,great the agent there (J) at 1843 south us highway stuart is always kind,respectfull and willing to help you in any way possible.
Made reservation, got confirmation on our way to pick up vehicle receive a call stating sorry we have no cars and it’s our fault because we made reservations at last minute night before. Sorry but not my fault your system takes reservations this way. The new American way blame the customer and make yourselves the victim. I have rented from this location for many years multiple times. Then the have the audacity to tell me they are keeping my money because I prepaid..really I call that theft, you can’t provide service but your gonna keep my money too! Lol laughable. Needless to say one thing is for sure, I will get my money back and I will never rent from Avis again....
Hidden in a plaza. Friendly staff. Car could have been cleaned better.
Reserve a car paid for it and got there and no car. We didn't have a way to get to where we were going. Never use them again...Junior Baine
