Rented a car here that reeked of smoke. We didn't realize this fact until we were at our destination. They must have sprayed something to cover the smell temporarily. Car was awful. Some Japanese junk. We could not turn on the radio and fresh air AC needed a PhD to turn on. I'll never rent from here again.

Rented for 6 days, returned car after 3 days due to a family emergency. Was told i was still going to be charged for 6 days because of the contract. If i returned the car sooner, why cant they reimburse me the extra days i paid? Live and learn
Scheduled a rental truck a few days prior to getting it, upon arrival they didn't have the proper size and I was forced into a much larger moving truck , the truck had no power anything and the mirrors were essentially fixed , no cruise control or automatic locks or windows , it was also essentially filthy in the box where my belongs were to go. Definitely the worste vehicle rental experience ever , would not ever rent budget again, not being able to adjust the mirrors or lock the doors made it not worth the budget.
