Success comes from accepting the truth. Painting a picture of success gives false sense of security. It's not my name on the side of your vans so it's up to you to take responsibility for the actions of your employees. I called in the middle finger incident and felt like my complaint landed on deaf ears so I took to google reviews.

my husband was in cardiac rehab and using a wheelchair. he needed to see his surgeon. tansmobility arrived ahead of scheduled times both ways. the van was spotless. the drivers were cheerful, and professional. they teated him as though he were their own family member. i highly recommend them!
