I made a reservation , I get there at 8 am . First one employee tells me he sees two reservations for one day , but not when I reserved it and they don’t even have the car I booked for even with me giving him a confirmation number and showing him my reservation ... second employee Sean that called to confirm my reservation told me he didn’t touch my reservation ... and then the “ manager “ Bobby came out , he didn’t even ask what the problem was and just said • Well you said you’d be here yesterday we canceled your reservation “ . They don’t care about their customers or have any consideration for what people have going on in their days which is why the make reservations at a certain time . Each employee had a different story , nobody really cared. Very inconsiderate and they ALL act like they hate their job and don’t want to be there . They just walk off from you . Only person that was nice was Eve .. I think that’s his name . But Sean & Bobby are rude and liars .

Enterprise Bradenton made things super easy! I checked in online, and pick-up was easy. Returning the car was easy as well. The one thing I wish I had been aware of was the hourly rate. I turned the car in at 10am (2hrs over 24hr rental), andthe hourly was $14.24. I should've just kept it for the day ($48). :) Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely rent from them again.

After trying ALL the car rental places in my area, Enterprise had exactly what I wanted. My story doesn’t end there, I managed to get my card stuck in one of the panels in the car! Not only did Sheva Delledonne break a nail attempting to find my bank card, she delayed her grabbing lunch to help me! When we were stuck, Charles came to the rescue! Charles maintained the integrity of the rental car but was able to retrieve it! Shoutout to their customer service! Never made me feel bad! If I can buy them lunch without getting them in trouble please let me know and I will be MORE THAN happy to do so!!

My Enterprise Car rental was excellent. I rented off airport property in Sarasota/Bradenton, and save a lot of money. The car was clean, rode great, and the return was easy, and quick, at Tampa Int. Airport. Definitely will do this again.

Extremely busy on a Monday at noon but I let them know I didn’t need the wash and they pulled it right up after 30 mins or so. Seemed like they were severely understaffed as the phone rang off the hook they just let it ring so they could take care of people already there. Great prices and a great car with simple return. They weren’t fast on Monday but they were extremely nice and friendly so I didn’t mind the wait. I’ll be back the next time I need a rental.
