We have been renting there for 3 months in a raw because we just moved from France. We had only our French licence. Everything was perfect. We had the best service. Suddenly new manager arrives. Our local address is not verified in the system because the house is brand new. So they refused to rent. I offered to give my French licence we used so far and one of my other addresses. They said they cannot rent a car to foreign driving licence : but this is what we did the past 3 months with no issue. Tell me how enterprise can rent cars at the airport if a foreign driving licence is not allowed? We took a uber to go to buy a car. I guess they just lost their most faithful customers in the area.

Excellent Service! Vehicle still had that new car smell which I love. Notably Clean. Thank you to Mike for being so personable, positive, and advantageous. I highly recommend enterprise to anyone needing to rent a vehicle for any reason.

Just moved into Florida. Wasn't a fan of my local enterprise so I didn't want to rent when we got here. We weren't going to be without our car for long so I thought. Why bother? I didn't want to rent, but my Fiance did.. Well it was total opposite of what I expected. Met probably the friendliest person in customer service ever named Mike who helped us get exactly what we wanted. A comfortable vehicle and CLEAN. My experience in my home state was not like that. Mike was clear, to the point, easy to understand and made sure we got a car we felt comfortable in. I'm very pleased with the service. Once covid is under control and our wedding is back on, I will be recommending this location to family who will need to rent. Kudos to having good leadership here. Hope to see you all again in April 2021.nnI would have written corporate if I knew how to contact them, but this is the next best thing.

Enterprise in Sumter Landing has made my life so much easier. I like their outdoor office (courtesy of CVD19.) They’re willing to work with you, and they’re friendly and fair. And fast. Once they pull your car up, you’re ready to go within five to ten minutes.

Fantastic experience at the villages enterprise rentaln. I got the car for a week while mine was in the shop. I ended up needing to extend that by 3 extra days. One 45 second phone call and it was done. Super customer service and the car was great. Will be back to rent again in the future!
