Recommend asking for Travis if you are using the Hertz in The Villages, FL. He knows how to make a customer feel special. He was efficient, kind, listened to me with a genuine smile. The service was excellent. Car was better than I expected. Prices were very affordable (and I don't make a lot of money)

Made a reservation to include two car seats. Arrived & no car seats, had to wait over 35 minutes, making me very late for my appointment. Spoke with The manager, Mark. The only thing Mark would do for me, is give me a AAA discount that would wave a $13 charge & allow me to pay with a Visa Debit card when I return the vehicle, something Enterprise does without charging you! Will never use Hertz! Talk about no customer service, the manager Mark wasn’t concerned in the slightest, spoke to me like it was my fault & no big deal. Such a simple thing cost Hertz any future business from me, my family & friends.

We had a reservation a month in advance for the location in The Villages for a minivan or similar car for a Saturday, and were called at 5:30 pm on Friday the night before. They said they had no cars for us and completely left us hanging. Do not recommend these people.

Made reservations to picked up car in Chicago and dropped it off in Florida. Had death in family need car sooner and longer. Hertz was easy and accommodating at both ends of trip.

They called us at 5:15 on the night before we were supposed to pick up our car at 9am and said they did not have a car for us. We made this reservation weeks ago. Now we have to scramble to find transportation to get to the airport - they offered zero solutions. Rick was NOT helpful in any way. We will not use hertz again ever - at any location.
