These guys gave me every answer to why Hertz is going out of business. Its because of customer service and their rental representatives. Be extremely careful renting car from this location. Horrible experience returning the vehicle. We took Sub-compact car even though we booked and paid for midsized suv since they don't have midsized suv. Agent was extremely sweat talking while selling me a small car but when called for return they were like who the heck are you.

Horrible experience returning my car. Make sure you’re not lied to and understand any insurance added is $15 or $25 PER DAY. Was lied to and led on by the sales person to tack on insurance on top of my full coverage, because I was told it was a flat fee of $15...... but what they failed to advise me was that it was PER DAY. Returning the car was a distasteful experience I will never repeat. If you have insurance, you don’t need to get this bs. Will stick with Enterprise moving forward, as they have always been transparent.
