I usually have really good experience with Enterprise. However, the car I rented had a horrible odor and was dirty. The interior of the car did not appear to be washed and there was some kind of residue left on the passenger door. It was disgusting to say the least. I have had much better experiences in the past at this location. The customer service was good. The car itself was a huge disappointment as far as cleanliness is concerned.

let Me start off by saying the manger is awesome, I’ve came to this location a couple times and they didn’t have cars so we would have to be on the waiting list, but lately everything has been smooth, I normally want to pick up a car on Friday but he make sure I have 1 by Saturday morning if not that Friday, I normally don’t do reviews but they have started to become friends of mines ❤ufe0f ... 1 issue the guys that work on the cars in the back need a fan or water because they have the car smelling like sweat only 1 time this has happen.. other then that keep up the good working

This location is very busy but the customer service is wonderful! They were very transparent on pricing and other details. Jonathan and his team where super helpful. During my visit I noticed inpatient and rude customers. It’s important to remember their job overall is to help us. If you’re a nice person it makes everything go a lot smoother and you help put the workers day at ease as well. Thanks Enterprise team!

We rented a car for today and have been waiting since 9 a.m. it’s currently 10:06 a.m. and we are still waiting . While I understand that things take time, a wait for over an hour followed by the lack of professionalism and commitment to providing a vehicle is disappointing. This has impacted current reservations as we were using the vehicle for travel with a specific time commitment . When I called enterprise, they are answering the phone and immediately hanging up so you are unable to speak with employees. Unfortunately, I couldn’t provide this company 0 stars which is why they were given 1. We are still waiting at 10:14 a.m. by the way. I wouldn’t recommend going here as other reviews mention similar experiences.

I needed a car last minute for a 2 week rental, I looked online and enterprise had one available. I booked it and showed up 10 minutes later, the staff took care of me and got me the car I needed and had me in and out. The check in process was even faster after I returned my car. Great service, we’ve rented vehicle from them in the past and always a good process.
