We confirmed and scheduled our rental 2 weeks before . The night before our pickup I was told they didn't have our vehicle. Then we were given a van instead. Also we turned it a day earlier and we had to pay the same price. We didn't like the service at all. Although the man was polite, the experience was not good at all.

Been coming to this location for 2 years and it’s been amazing! Great customer service, clean cars and no hassles. Jesus has been the best throughout my whole experiences renting with Budget.. this location definitely gets a 5 star from me!

I have been renting at the Pembroke Pines location for over 5 years and I can testify that my experience with Jesus and his team is always excellent. There are times they particularly do not have the car specific I reserved but always accommodates. Highly recommended, staff is fabulous, never disappoints.

Don’t bother making a reservation well in advance, they will only let you know once you arrive that they have no cars. What’s the point of making a reservation then?! Also, the counter guy Gary was terrible!!!! Super rude, and not helpful in the least. Picked up his cell phone right in front of us to have a personal conversation while we were right in front of him trying to figure out what to do! He was a complete jerk and handled everything really poorly. We asked for a supervisor which of course was unavailable or so he said. We booked the car for a family New Years trip to the mountains, and now we’re stuck. Don’t book here, completely unreliable.

Made a rsvp days in advance and got call 2 hours before the pick up for them to tell me “the car is not available” so what is the point of making a rsvp in advance? Probably none.DISAPPOINTING experience. Never again.
