As a past member that used this service, and a driver now; to me, this company is by furthest thee exciting job ever.nIv encountered mean, unkind, ungrateful,nAnd humble, nice, caring members. But besides that, in the end of the day oneself feels the empathy and sympathy of that person is going through.
I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I have rode with Ride Well two times only because I schedule my rides to doctor visits with my insurance company. Both rides have taken place within the last month. The car that they sent had a thick plastic shield that went from the top of the car to the bottom separating the front from the rear passenger area with only a small white vent in the plastic shield to pump air from the front vent to the passenger in the back. Both times they picked up another passenger after I specifically requested to not ride share. I felt like I had been put in a bubble with a perfect stranger not socially distanced and no guarantee that they were Covid free, I think the CDC should be aware of Ride Well's protocol. Extremely unsafe.
The worst service ever. My son has missed 2 appointment because the person making the reservation can’t seem to understand that he is in a wheelchair. Please don’t use this service. It is the worst. Deserves negative five stars.
I would rate them a zero if it had that option. Customer service is terrible. I called 3x to confirm and was hung up. They also allowed share riding, when I specifically requested them not to. They give a window time of pick up and would arrive earlier than the time given, so I was forced to call another ride... overall this is the WORST line of transportation.
Phoned office to arrange transportation. Transferred to voicemail and no one called back. After reading reviews I'm thankful for others sharing their experience. Will not engage services of Ride Well - ever.
