Horrible experience with this location and the corporate office. We picked up a standard size rental on a Sunday at 4pm for the price of $82.99 a day. We returned the car the very next day at 5:17pm. We were in line at 5pm but they had customers in front of us and that's how long it took us to reach the counter. FYI if you don't have the car returned before 4pm they charge you for a extra hour. Little did we know a extra hour isn$62.25. Almost the same price as a full day rental. We explained our concerns and that no one told us when we picked up the rental that we would get charged anything extra if the car was not returned by 4pm the following day. We even mentioned to the gentleman that we would be returning the car at 5pm and he never said a word. They were unwilling to work with us and said sorry we cannot remove the extra hour.

We reserved a car on Monday to go see my wife's dying grandmother. Everything was booked over the phone, all we had to do was pick up the car at the airport. We get there and your agent says my card didn't work because of the magnetic stripe. Asked if I have another card she can swipe. I didn't. This is my only credit card. I came back to your rep advising that you guys have my card number on file and she can use that. She refused. During the conversation where I'm trying to find a solution, she screams at me telling me SIR, YOU HAVE NO FUNDS! Told her if that's the case, why didn't she tell me from the beginning, I would have transferred funds! She says too late! She can only try again in 24 hours.nnI check my online banking and guess what. Thousands of dollars available to be used.nnYou agent lied and refused to give us the car we previously booked, and walked away without giving us a reason. Actually the rep at Thrifty Dollar Rental, your competitor, told your agent to go to the back and not answer us. And your agent obeyed her.nnIs this how you guys run your business?nnTo top it off, I was just with your customer service, told your agent the whole story, puts my on hold (without music) then hangs up on me.nnThanks to Avis, my wife did not get to be by her grandmother's side during her last moments.nnThank you Avis.

From Scheduling thru drop off the process was smooth and straight forward. There were no surprise charges, and I wasn't forced to take items I didn't need. No hassle sales is a big plus! Thank you for your much appreciated business practices!

Quick and easy pick up and drop off. The car was pretty clean. I’d give it 7 out of 10 for interior cleanliness. Otherwise the experience overall was a 10
