I am very unhappy with the rental car pricing that was given to me. I have been a National Emerald Car Club member for many years. I expected to be treated fairly in terms of pricing, however, I was price gouged at every turn. I did not get any type of discount based on my many years of loyalty. In fact I paid 2 times a much as I would have, had I gone elsewhere. I didn't even have the car for 1 day. Unless National can compensate for this greediness I will no longer rent any type of vehicles from therm....

Checking in was easy but when I got to the car it was not clean and had a half tank of gas. There was a note in the car saying it had been sanitized but judging from the rest of the car I doubted it.nI returned the car full. I told the National rep and she apologized and gave me credit for half tank of gas. She was very helpful and said they had new people servicing the cars.nI have rented from this location before have always been satisfied with the vehicles except this time.

Not sure if its a generation thing but stay away from Vanessa at that location! She is rude and condescending. I'm an executive elite customer and never had an issue in over 15 years at this location until I dealt with her. I had to change my original 5 star rating because of her. STAY FAR AWAY FROM VANESSA and deal with anyone else at that location even if you have to wait. She is easy to spot, she is the one that wears skirts two sizes too small. She needs to learn how to speak to customers not at them!

Everything was OK but the person at the rental desk [no Emerald Aisle] at MLB wasn't particularly helpful in explaining which cars were available and in selecting one that would be best for us. Especially since it was a month long rental.

Unexpected vehicle upgrade due to system glitch when reserving online. Excellent counter customer service. Totally surprised to see that the upgraded vehicle was a convertible when the counter rep indicated they didn't have any available. Definitely staying with your company for all future needs and will recommend you to all that ask. Thank you for enhancing our trip to FLA!
