Not a good place to rent a car, staff isn't professional at all. I returned one day earlier in the morning but they log in the car the day after. I call several times but call goes to calling center. Avis need to address this as is giving them a bad reputation.

Been dealing with the worst of the worst issues with my rideshare rental car that broke down on me for the past 10 days and it was only due to the efforts of Karen who went above and beyond the expectations and duty of her job to get my situation with the car fixed! I'm now in a working rideshare specific vehicle thanks to the hard work, time, and effort she's put in. Thank you so much Karen!! You Rock Girl!!!nnOn a side note, I will say I felt a little put off by the workers at the nail place next to Avis who kept all but stocking me Everytime I showed up by walking back n forth outside the Avis door and standing to the side of the door listening into my conversations with Avis employees. Kinda Creepy, but thats not Avis fault.

Don’t bother renting a car or reserving a car here. They won’t have the one you selected available and then they’ll tell you such as luck you get what you get good bye.

DO NOT try to rent from this location. I had a reservation and was told there were available cars. When I got there, the agent told me they had no cars. While I was there, another customer returned a car. I asked if I could have this car and I was told “ this car is being held for another customer who had a reservation 2 days ago”. Absolute terrible customer service. I wound up being stranded. Avis please note: if you have no cars, get rid of your reservation hotline and go on a first come first serve basis at the location. Stop lying to the public!
