There were a lot of people waiting when I picked up the car. Two with.babies and it was pretty warm. Other than that the agents were thorough and brief in showing the car features and going over any damages. They were accommodating when I needed an extra day. The return was fast and easy.
Expedient and thorough service
I've been an Enterprise customer for many years and they never cease to amaze me with the remarkable customer service I receive. If something is wrong there is never hesitation for them to check and make corrections or accommodate. A forever customer!
Even during the Covid pandemic/lockdown, Enterprise on Palm Bay Road in Palm Bay Florida excelled. I'd reserved a van 5 months earlier for our family vacation. I checked in personally with the agency a couple days before to confirm that our van would be ready to go. The last thing I wanted was a last second surprise the day we began our vacation. They assured me it would be here, and it was.nCheck out was seamless and the return was as well. Great job.
It was an easy process to rent a car from the Palm Bay location. Car was ready upon pick up, it was super clean & met Covid standards. Return of car was a quick process. Would highly recommend.
