So I had an emergency and called last minute. Between Issac and Catalina they went above and beyond to accommodate me in the time frame I needed. The car is awesome and the cleanest I have ever seen. I am so thankful and will recommend them to any and everyone! Thanks guys you were a true blessing!
I had a car rental through you after someone smashed into my car. The first car reeked of perfume. I complained, you gave me another. I returned that car and a month later, saw a charge for detailing on my credit card bill. When I called, the rep first said it was for smoking and then said it was for pet hair. No pets, no smoking in either car. No communication, just a $50 charge. Disputing it. Nice job, guys...just plunk fraudulent charges on people's credit cards.
I love this Enterprise location. The manager was super prompt and cheerful. The car was incredibly clean!
Very hard to work with when it came to extending my rental, they even threatened to report i stole the car when I tried to extend another day. I will never go to them again
