Cheyenne and the other members of the team are great to work with. I booked a smaller car and they didn't have the inventory to upgrade (was during a busy period of bad weather), but she and her team went above and beyond. They called other locations, offered me a similar vehicle, and referred me to other resources to resolve the issue. Everyone on their team had a great attitude and didn't seem annoyed about it. This is a smaller location and can be very busy, but this team is extremely attentive to each customer even with a limited staff. I am extremely grateful for your help and professionalism. Thank you!

Had an awesome experience for my moving truck reservation. Luke was really great to work with on the phone to make the reservation and I was very pleased with the truck he reserved for me! It was the right size and had a motorized lift gate, which I was not expecting but the movers sure appreciated. At check in, Cory answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the lift gate. I dropped off after hours and the invoice was sent to me first thing (7 am!) the next morning. Highly recommend this location and Enterprise in general!

Nice people. Couldn't pick up the car when I was done like I hoped but I think it was only for covid reasons have no complaints

Rented a car for 2 hours and returned with them examining it on return and everything is fine. Out of know where I get a claim in the mail for $800 for the reason a rain sensor? It wasn't even raining that day nor did I use the wipers. Taking it to court.nnVery shady, do not rent anything from them.

The check-in/check-out experience was good. Definitely what I have come to expect from Enterprise. However, there were serious issues with the car that I was given. It had no windshield wiper fluid when I picked it up, the outside and the inside of the car were lacking in cleanliness, and there seemed to a problem with the USB playback/charge (I tried multiple cables). These issues were definitely disappointing, given how long the rental was and how much it cost.
