Good hotel and not too expensive. The only thing I don't like about this place is that the internet is weak. But besides that it was clean and comfortable
I will NEVER EVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGAIN. The service is poor the man/men behind n d th counter are so rude. Idk how they can even keep employees acting the way they do. There is so much I could go into but I'd rather not. Maybe a latter time. Researching g now to see who I may be able to contact that is over his head. Spend the extra 20$_30$ and go across the street to The Holiday Inn Express. Well worth it!
Customer service very bad, new manager very impolite. Smells in the lobby, non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Burn holes in the non-smoking comforters. Fromt desk attendant tried to scam me out of $50 cash for a upfront payment for a non-smoking room
DO NOT STAY HERE ! ! (10 min north quality inn much better) Non smoking smells like smoke. Double bed rooms dirty, towels stained. Lobby and hallways smell funny. Hotel staff rude.
Only went there so I could take a shower because we were having our bathroom remodeled. Definitely would not stay there overnight. It didn't feel clean, hats strong cigarette smells and whatever they use to try to cover up the cigarette smells, and the staff was rude
