Women at front counter was professional and polite. Rental vehicle had dead bugs all over the front of hood and side view mirror. Keep in mind it was a white car too. Outside of vehicle was never washed prior to us picking up. Low air pressure warning light on dash so I had to drive to Wawa to put air in tire because they didn't have equipment to top off tire. Looks like only thing they do when someone turns in a vehicle is vacuum the interior.

Got a car today .. it was dirty and the tank was on E . So after I had to purchase renting the vehicle I had to go take it for a car wash and on top of that fill up the tank $2.39 for an empty tank isn’t cheap. Be realistic. Go to enterprise. You may save so money over at Hertz but it’ll be taken back out your pockets with all the extra bs you have to do yourself.

I strongly advise that you rent a car elsewhere!n1. Hertz does a credit check to rent a car. If you do not pass, you will not be issued a rental.n2. My car was filthy and required maintenancen3. I called this particular location several times to complain about a $5+ fee to use the smart tag/ Ez-Pass device in the car, plus tolls. I used a $.70 tolls less than 6 times and that occurred a $73 dollar charge. This was not explained at time of rental! Or else I would have paid out of pocket for tolls. When I called, the office was screening calls, and only picked up once I called from a different number!nnRent elsewhere!!

Do your self a favor do not waste your time. Booked a rental upon arrival didn’t have any cars. I did not receive a call stating there were no cars available. When I went in I was directed to enterprise. Lol
