Sovah Health - Martinsville

In short I felt like I got scammed. This is the worst E.R. I have ever been to. It's really dirty. The people there act like you are bothering them by being there. The Blood pressure thing was so tight it left small dots of red on my arm and when i was trying to say something about it while it was happening the doctor had an attitude about it.

The doctor refused to fix my father's tubing after messing it up, left him in urine, bed sores, PT saw him for 6 minutes and then gave report didn't really work with him, he was begging me to walk and no one came to assist. They left him in bed and didn't bother to even get him in a chair or stand him up. Before the hospital he was eating and walking.

My husband was their twice in one week they said he had pancreatitis and send him with meds. Well they didn’t check him good the Dr went off the old labs that were taken the first time he went. Well because they didn’t check how they are supposed to and do the Job they are supposed to, my husband is now in ICU fighting for his life. He didn’t even have pancreatitis he had GI bleed and is sepsis. I don’t recommend this hospital and sadly there is a handful that’s good but the bad is higher. I recommend traveling to Eden, NC if possible. I wish I can give 0 stars..

The First Lady that I seen was very rude and judgmental. I was there to see a doctor not a therapist. You should not judge someone else when you do not know them or the way they grew up.

The staff was good the food was ok much better care than before.
