This is the second time my daughter's vehicle was hit by another student, and our second experience with Mark at Nelson Collision. Both times, the car came back to us in flawless condition. The second time, a meaningful magnet went missing. Mark sent one to our house. I am sure you will agree that this kind gesture was above and beyond the call of duty!
