Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a rental car .... just returned the car and asked for a receipt before I left.... after being told several times to wait by Lucas the receipt never came either by email or personally although I was told it had been sent via email... was confronted by the person who was telling me these things , Lucas, I think his name was , and after pressing Him for a receipt was informed by him that it had been sent ... in the meantime he became very confrontational and intimidating informing me that he was going to do everything in his power to make my experience as stressful, costly and would make sure that I could never rent from Enterprise again.... all this because I pressed for some sort of a receipt before I left...which is a normal request....nThe guy was in my face telling me this very angrily... trying to intimidate.. very strange to say the least ...and upon asking others was told that he was like that upon their past experiencesnIn renting there...great way to rent cars and offer service .... but he does not care obviously ... as enterprise has no competition in this market... I have rented from Enterprise many times across the USA (and for this location ) and never seen a reaction like this form asking for a receipt... all other experiences from any locations including this one has need professional and courteous... this was actually a complete surprise as all I wanted was a receipt... before I left and was confronted by an employee who obviously has anger issues...

Ok here is a Great, nice, friendly place. Need a car for whatever reason go here. The cars are used and new. Maintenance, they wash them.Check tire pressure. Need a ride to pick up your car they are there. As long as you take care of the cars the fun can begin. Don't keep your car over your days and don't pay. Pay for all your days when you rent. Please drive safe. Main Rule. I'll be back Enterprise.

First time rented a vehicle. And very pleased with Enterprise's services and the people that work there was friendly and helpful. it was quick and fast service. I'm very happy and satisfied with the employees. I will also tell my family and friends to go to Enterprise's when they need to rent a car

They were very nice and the car was cleaned thouroly. I got a brand new Toyota Corolla. I used my Bluetooth for phone calls and texts on the computer screen. Didn't have to look at my phone. It rode very smooth. They update their cars so they only rent newer cars. I would definitely go see them again.
