Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Lance is a LIFE SAVER. The Suffolk location told me Iufe0f was number 2 of getting into a car. Called this morning and Iufe0f went from number 2 to number 24. My insurance company was no help getting into a rental, so I missed 4 days of work in a row and Lost my job because Iufe0f no longer had reliable transportation. Hoping after Iufe0f get into this one they will give it back to me. The second Iufe0f told lance what was going on he immediately found one for me! Iufe0f can’t thank him enough. If it wasn’t for the pandemic I’d give him the biggest hug Iufe0f possibly could.

Owner was talking to me as if i was a child. When asked his name he wouldn't give it and when asked a 2nd time he said it was Dalton so i hope thats his name. He does not proved any welcoming customer service. He would not rent to me even though i have rented from this enterprise multiple times and had no issue. He also would not take any of my documents and when asked why he would not tell me why. After asking why he wouldn't rent to me he walked away. I asked to speak to the corporate office and he would not and said no and continued to walk away.

Dalton is the worst manager. Wont uphold company policy weve rented from this enterprise multiple times and never had any problems however today my mexican husband walked in trying to rent a car with the proper address requirements his drivers license and debit card and dalton refused to let him rent a car. I'm almost positive its because of race. Do better enterprise.

The manager Dalton, refused to issue me a rental car that I already had reserved because I was exactly 2 minutes late and now I am forced to wait until Monday. He was rude and cocky. Highly do not recommend this location.

I have rented multiple vehicles from this location and have always had a smooth and flawless experience! Hayley Norville provided exceptional customer service every time I came in to rent a vehicle to get to different training programs for my work. She was professional, kind , and cooperative each time I came to rent and my vehicles were always always clean and reliable ! Ask for Miss. Norville she is the best !!!
