Zap Car Rental

Jankiest car rental place I have ever dealt with! The first car they gave me fully broke down. Yes, they did replace it, but only to replace it with another car that broke down. At the time of the second car breaking down I should have received some type of money back. Instead my security deposit was HELD & I just woke up to an unauthorized extra $150 charge. STAY AWAY.

They quoted me a price, which I paid. I paid through PayPal to protect my purchase. PayPal charged them a $75 fee due to the price and because they are a business. They want me to pay their charge fee. And they know the circumstances. Do better. Be better. And don't try to get around business fees smh

My wife friends and I rented from them their 15 seater van is dirty with a dead spider in the ceiling light. They tried to charge us a fee that my wife asked about and they told her they were only charging daily not by mileage.nThey can say I didnt rent from them because it was under my wifes name which they have been doing to other people but obviously i was and so were the other people they are commenting under the passengers. So DO BETTER! if you wanna be scammed choose zap

We rented a 15 seater van that was unclean with a big broken windshield dead bugs in the car lights. They also tried to scam me our of the direct deposit. I specifically asked if we were being charged by the day hour or milage. He told me by the day. I had asked him because I saw the writing on the paper. Then he told me we went over the miles and he took out a chunk from our direct deposit. When I asked him why and told him that this was why I asked he just laughed at me over the phone and said there was nothing he could do that I signed the paper. So i hung up and wrote a bad review rightfully so. He texted me saying he would pay me the full deposit if I took down the post I did and got my deposit back. But I never said I wouldnt repost. Also the reason why they have good reviews is that the staff are fake posting and anyone who was like me is asked to to take it down to get what they want and asked to change the 1 star to 5 because you cant fully delete the post.
