Enterprise provided me with a free upgrade to a luxury SUV as the car I rented wasn’t ready when I arrived. Also had to extended my contract twice due to unforeseen circumstances, which was just a phone call each time. Super easy! Would’ve liked the free door side delivery, but that wasn’t offered on a Sunday when I picked up, as they were understaffed for that service, that day. All in all, a great experience. I will be back!

Very easy to access location with a large lot shared with a shopping center. Friendly and professional staff. It felt like they were old friends. Renting and returning was super easy. I will definitely choose enterprise in the future for cars and for a quick pick up truck for cross town moves.

The customer service at this location was good. I was able to accomplish what I needed and the vehicle was pleasant to drive. The tire pressure in one of the tires was suspiciously lower than the others upon initially receiving the rental. Other than that , my experience here went well.

Had a positive experience with the rental. Staff did walk around. Had to wait a short bit while she returned to the office to get a different vehicle. In the end the original car was brought back. Car appeared to be thoroughly cleaned. No problems with the vehicle.

I had a great experience with the Enterprise on W Jefferson St. in Falls Church. They were extremely busy but the agent moved everyone along very efficiently and with a pleasant attitude. I will always go back to the Enterprise on W Jefferson.
