Enjoyed using Enterprise Falls Church, Va location. Booked online, got there and the car was waiting..needed an extra day and all I had to do was call in, a 30 second conversation. Definitely recommend them.

Amanda, the Falls Church City branch manager, is truly customer centric. She cares about her clients. Very positive experience with all my rentals though her. When I need a rental car, I will see Amanda first. You should as well.

For quite a while now, when I have wanted to rent a car locally, I have used the Enterprise office in downtown Falls Church. The cars have always been in excellent condition and the people who work here are extremely helpful.

Car rental was fine. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded 5 days late. Seems rather extraordinary, and I don't understand the requirement, or all the data collection at rental, multiple references, own or rent your house, own or lease your car , how long you have lived at your residence. All very intrusive and not related to renting a car.

You have to realize up front that this is not your typical airport sized rental car set up with lots of agents and a parking lot full of cars. It is also not a 24/7 operation. At least recently there has been one agent and some support staff, and the parking lot may be able to accommodate a dozen cars. So, while I did reserve my car online on the same day (after our car broke down and went to a garage for repair) I did not expect to literally get the car I asked for. In fact, i got an upgrade at the same rate - your mileage may vary depending upon how long you are willing to wait and how far in advance you are able to reserve a car. The staff are friendly and helpful (and masked) and the office is marked off for social distancing with staff watching to spread people out. My impression over the two days I was at this location was that most of their customers were just like me, looking for a car to drive while their own was being repaired.
