DO NOT USE DOLLAR RENTAL CAR. I had a rental lined up for pickup Saturday at 1:00. I noticed just before leaving to pickup at 1, that the store closed at 1. I tried calling and didn't get through to anyone.nnWhen I arrived the next morning for my car (that I was charged for) - Jeff G said it had already been rented out. And even though they offer a 2 hour window to pick up cars - my car was not held at all for me.nnWhen I asked - Jeff said he was at their office until 1:30 - so I could've showed up - even though (as he admitted) - calls do forward so there was no way for me to reach him and know he was there.nnLastly - I went ahead and booked another car from Dollar on the spot to see if they had a car available. And it let me book the car. But Jeff said that he personally goes through and calls back customers to confirm, so just because it books, doesn't mean you have it.nnYet - he didn't call or warn me of my car getting rented to another customer . .nnMoral of the story - save your money and use a reputable rental car company and not this one.
trying to call this location of dollar rentacar is apparently not possible. I just spent 20 minutes of my life calling various numbers and being transferred and I never got a straight answer from anyone.nhorrible customer service.ncmon dollar. at least act like you care a little bit.
