The experience at Alamo was great..it was a fast and easy pick up..the price did not change. The car was immaculate even though I did sanitize it again before our trip. Drop off was after hours with no issues..I will definitely go through Alamo at the airport again.
The rental agent was super nice and the car was clean and in good condition. The only thing I didn’t like was getting the car with 3/4 tank of gas. It’s always very hard to return it that way.
Took over an hour to rent the car. No representatives at the kiosk for 20/30 mins. Didn’t have the car I had rented QX80 and “similar” was super outdated and beat up Mazda CX-7 that didn’t have nearly as much room or safety features as the infinity. Was offered to delay my trip and wait an undisclosed amount of time for something else to show up at a different location. Seriously? Was charged and uncharged at least 6 separate times on my credit card. Accused of damage on the roof?? And forced to pay a detailing fee forevermore though my dog is a registered service animal. Horrible horrible experience with the Hyannis location.
Had a great and quick interaction with the counterperson. Came in and he gave me great service despite me having an Alamo car. Thumbs up!
