I switched from Enterprise to Avis, because they were ripping me off. I was able to get a rental, for 7 days I paid $253. When I call back the day I'm supposed to return the car, I wanted to extend it and I asked to get a quote on keeping it for another 7 days I was told it was going to be $353. I was blown away and according to the rep he stated the prices change. I definitely don't agree with that, they are ripping me off as well. How sad, totally disgusted.
Scam rented a car for 3 days quoted $340 only to see 2 charges on my card for $580 and $185. The dude that runs this is slimy
Convenience, pricing, selection. Avis allowed us to drive across country, 1 way without tacking on exorbitant one way fees as was the case with ALL of the other rental companies. These convenience fees (penalties) were hundreds of dollars,2- to 3 times as much as the fee for the vehicle.nI couldn't even get a fair price through AAA. Additionally, we were able to take the dog with no additional charge as long as we tidied up the vehicle upon return. A good vacuum and we were set! I will be a loyal Avis user from here on.
Great Customer Service.. especially from Talim...she was very professional & Polite.nDefinitely ill go back again.
My main place to rent a car! The staff are very friendly and courteous! Usually I am offered an upgrade when picking up my rental! Also the app is easy to use!
