I find it odd to read some of these reviews. I rented from Ed and his guys up at the Worcester Airport for 9 months straight. Had several different cars during that time, and never once did I have a single issue. Ed and Dimitri were GREAT guys to deal with. And they never once charged me for anything I shouldn't have been charged for. If I could give them 10stars I would. They're the only guys I will ever rent a car from.
Boyfriend rented a car and was charged over 600 for using a car for 8 days! Still heard nothing from the company about his 200 deposit back! It's almost been 2 weeks and their excuse was they accidentally sent it back as credit. Unacceptable and we are going though corporate!
Best honest place to rent a car! The staff are nice and respectful. Great customer service.
Dimitri's, outstanding, always courteous and helpful. I've been a customer thrifty for over 10 years and I've had never a bad thing to say. They are the best!
What ever you do DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE. They charged my credit card for damages that were already reported prior to me renting the vehicle. Complete scam! I wasn't even notified of these charges. I feel like they were hoping i wouldnt notice it. I repeat do not RENT FROM HERE!
