This was literally the WORST experience with a rental car company I have ever had. Apparently, they CANCEL their previous bookings if you are not there within an hour. No call, no email, just cancel. It was stated NO WHERE in any small print that they do this. So I am still unsure if the man working the counter is even telling the truth.nnOur flight was late, which is normal for a major airport and we had reserved and paid for a car over a month in advance. So I was shocked to find out that they rented it to another person and we had nothing. When I asked what they did have, they had a small car which our party would not fit into. Or I could pay DOUBLE for a larger car.nnI was absolutely fuming. The man behind the counter continued to roll his eyes at me, sit there slouched as if I was a nuisance to him, and then walked away to the back room while I was talking to him. He was the most rude customer service person I have ever met in my life. I understand that airports are stressful, I myself work for the airlines as a gate agent. But this was the most shameful experience I have ever had with a rental agency and customer service.nnI would highly suggest NOT USING this company and spending the few extra dollars to guarantee a better experience. I will never use this company again.

I rented an upscale car at a compact price. The rep at the counter was helpful and walked me to the car to review the features. I also received help from the lot attendant to get me started on my trip. There were no surprise charges when I returned the car. I will definitely rent from them again.

Good at first and easy to use. Then I got my bill and they charged me $100 for gas. Asked why so much by email because you can't talk to a live person and I got an email response not in English (cause that makes since). I'll be sticking to budget again next time

Website easy to navigate and book. All fees shown, making decision making easy. Very friendly rental pick-up process, agent was very helpful in explaining various insurance and charges. Brand new car. And most importantly, very competitive rates.

Victor was great and really helped us out. The other rentals were not accommodating, especially since we booked with them and paid in advance, but would not allow us to pick up the car due to not having a credit card. SIXT was great and let me use my debit card. Victor’s customer service was exceptional and I’ll be using Sixt from now on.
