Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst experience ever in terms of rent and service.nI rented a mini SUV and I got a huge old Dodge Gran Caravan (w/a very old long external radio antenna which didn't even fit under my parking space), stained upholstery, zero comfort, plus the enormous inconvenience of the non-automatic Key System.nThe day before the drop off, lost in thoughts, I load the trunk with the shopping bags, my bag with the car keys, phone & wallet. At that point, realized that I had no other way to get back into the car. The doors weren't unlocked simultaneously with the opening of the trunk and there was no key system to detect the key inside. Literally, empty-handed, I went by foot to the Boston - Roxbury office (where I had rented the car), exactly the morning after a night snowstorm! After 20 minutes of an uncomfortable and cold walking, an unwelcoming employee, not at all willing to do his job (he ignored me for 5 minutes in front of the check-in desk), replied me that Enterprise does not have duplicate keys of cars. He pointed out that the responsibility of the keys was mine and I had to contact the roadside assistance.nAfter I had bite the bullet that a company - whose core business is the car fleet - has decided to profit from the insurance which covers from the risk of forgetting the keys inside the car (never included!), I kindly ask him to contact this assistance for me, since I was without phone, money and other personal items, but a car parked right in front of a well-known shopping center not far from their location.nHe replied that he did not know the address and could not even search for it because neither in his office nor on his phone had internet.nHumanly depressing, organizationally disappointing.nI had to go back by foot and to beg an employee of the supermarket, completely unrelated to my business, who very promptly helped me search for a towing company from his phone, accompanied me to the car in order to provide the license plate to the operator on the phone, and tried to see if he could help me in any way.nFurther, to add insult to injury: I wrote four emails to Enterprise Customer Service and received three automatic replies, identical in the content of the apology, but not further actions as per their response. After two months, I am still waiting for the Team Manager of the Roxbury’s office to contact me to apologize for having left a PERSON, a CUSTOMER, to the courtesy of a stranger in times of pandemic, instead of the assistance of one of their employees!

customer service is great. the people working at this location are always friendly and efficient.

I have been renting company vehicles from Enterprise and there service was great. Currently we went to 230 Dorchester Ave and the service provided at the other Enterprise was not extended to me and I was disappointed. Normally, we would extend the rental with a call but this location had us bring in the card to extend which at that time I refuse to extend the rental. This inconvenience cost them $863 for the extension and I went to there competitor and rented a vehicle for a month to complete the project my Company that was on. I want to let Enterprise know that in this day and time every little thing matters in business and something so little cost you a sale.

Hi today March 11 a key was thrown at me by one of your employees named jack ! His attitude is very nasty I would like to file a complaint

Your call just wasted our time!!! If you guys are not going to take us because we are only 5 mints late, just be clear!! be HONEST ! And say it, on the phone you said if we are only 5 mints late we will still be able to have the car. And we came and the office was closed no one was there .... we spent $50 on e ride to get there !!...just 5 MINUTES only 5 minutes late . VERY BAD SERVICE ... BAD EXPERIENCE
