There's a great employee named Leo at the top of morality and dealing.
On-site service is terrible. I reserved online so they have all my info, still long waiting time. Cold attitude. When returning, they want you to do as much work as possible for them. Yet still, I returned the car full gas but they managed to mistakenly charge fuel fee. It's basically a self-service location with staff creating additional trouble for you.
Car reeked of smoke, and when we left an item behind in the glove compartment we were completely unable to contact the rental office. They hung up on my no less than 10 times, so I had to come in person and ask if an item had been found. Never again.
I picked up my car which WREAKED of cigarette smoke. When i returned said car I was charged $90 for a quarter tank of gas missing. Mind you said car wasn’t completely full when I picked it up. I also was never sent my receipt and their printer was “broken” when I went in to the office. I had to call to get an explanation of why I was charged so much extra. I was told they charge $9 a gallon, but that math still doesn’t add up. I am completely disgusted by this company.
