This family run business has always been good to us. You can tell this family takes pride in taking care of their customers. Excellent customer service, the vehicles are well cared for. Easiest rental place I've ever dealt with. They are always helpful with last minute dates. I highly highly recommend them.

Im a local who uses car rentals often & Midnight Sun Car rental is by far the best price in town. Their customer service who is ran by Greg is exceptional. Every phone call is not rushed and he speaks to me as if we are personally acquainted. He has bent over backwards to make all my request happen. The yard boss Larry knows his vehicles inside and out & helped me choose the best car to suit my needs per occasion. This company reminds me of the good old days of Anchorage when local businesses were truly local.

We rented a Dodge Durango for a month. Check in was easy and extremely friendly. These guys make the rental process painless. The auto was super reliable and fun to drive. Communication with these guys was seamless. The price they gave us was better than anyone else in Anchorage. I give them the highest marks. Thank you Midnight.

Some odd little rules that don't come up until you start signing paperwork, but the staff is nice and knowledgeable.nWe had medication locked in the trunk and ended up calling the on call cellphone, without even going into incredible detail, the representative was able to solve our dilemma and get us on the way safely. Incredibly appreciated and honestly made a large portion of this review.
