Car was great and comfortable the only issue was the windshield on the inside. Has not been cleaned for a while.nSomething was sprayed on it and not kleened off. You could see where a couple of suction cups were attached from gps.nBesides that all was good including the people at the pickup location.

Horrible customer sevice. Just tried to reserve a pick up at 2pm never came. Never knew i reserved until recently and then said lthey put it in at 3pm. I was hoping for an apology and a we will come get you nownfirst day of renting is on us or at least a discount....nope nothing. They dont care when they make a mistake. Made our day so much harder. I was really counting on them.

Rented from Spenard location. Staff was friendly and prompt, I didn't have to wait to get checked in. The car was in good shape and got us around town. Drop off was also very fast and easy.
