Great service they helped me get my keys back would recommend
I rented a car on during the winter period and they gave a car with absolutely bold tires.
Our first trip to Anchorage was absolutely stunning, the land is incredible not only that, Alaska has very incredible people, that’s where were very pleased to have Geoff, Hertz front line Costumer Service Agent at Ted Stevens Airport as for our car rental experience, Geoff gave us what we needed based on his reliable experience and excellent people’s skills, so beyond expectations. Great Car and awesome price. I chose Hertz for this trip and will definitely choose Hertz again.
Booked a full size car 7 months in advance for the week in Alaska. Ended up with a Toyota Corolla. Not impressed by any means. They just handed keys to me and didn't even tell me what car I was getting or I would have told them I didn't want it. Won't rent from them again.
Usually good but recently rented twice from them with a week in between same van really bad traction this is a ALASKA location they should have tires that have TRACTION!
