Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was promised a vehicle ready to go and when I arrived I was told there was no vehicle even tho I had a reservation number and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude said she may be able to get a car at closing time but not to count on it. I've used you guys before and have never had a problem something needs fixed this is not the service I've come to expect from this place

No where did they state that they wouldn't allow towing with their trucks until I went down to enquire about it. They were quick to help me get into touch with someone else who would allow towing. Which is the only reason they got 3 stars.

I had a five star experience with the staff and the excellent service they provided the entire month I had my rental. They were each incredibly courteous, informative, and helpful. I will always choose them for my future rental car needs. Thank you, guys!!!

Enterprise is always there when we need an extra vehicle. For a day or a month, prices are competitive, vehicles are always in great condition, and always meet our needs. The enterprise app is awesome. I can reserve ahead of time and it makes vehicle pickup a breeze
