Enterprise Rent-A-Car

John and Tim are a great team. No one is generally ever inclined to share their experience with a car rental company, but the service here is stellar and I need to acknowledge and thank these 2 for making my life soo much easier. First of all, John goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers; he is very practical and efficient. You don't meet human beings like that anymore—he is beyond competent and made my experience at this Enterprise a breeze. I had some rental issues from Enterprise Reno, and John was quick to jump in and help me handle my situation and get me a car that was more suited for my needs. Tim is very kind and professional as well and put me at ease with everything that was going on. They both problem solved for me and got me what I needed. I really appreciate that. This is what the world needs more of—smart, capable, competent human beings! Thank you guys for helping me get around Tahoe safely! Keep being awesome! And Enterprise, please give these guys a raise!

I'm usually never one to leave reviews but I owe it to people who truly deserve it. After having my car in the shop for over 3 weeks, Tim helped me through the whole process. As stressful as it was, he always was able to take the stress off to his ability. Enterprise is lucky to have him as a representative. Thankful and blessed to have been able to work with you, TIM!

I reserved a van but neither of the vans out at the time of my rental were returned. So the staff did a pretty good job looking for other sites with vans, keeping in communication with the other renters, offering me alternatives, and keeping me informed. I finally took a pickup (lots of room for passengers), and I was happy with the outcome.

We can't express enough thanks to Tim and John at Enterprise South Lake Tahoe! Our car died in the middle of our vacation, and they went the extra mile to set us up with a rental for the duration of the trip and arrange for a one-way car so we could get back home. They even helped facilitate removal of our dead car, which we donated to a charity. We're happy to recommend Enterprise South Lake Tahoe & can't wait to get back!

The enterprise rep who handled my rental was very professional and had great customer service. He took care of me very promptly, and made the rental a simple process.nnHe is a great representative of enterprise and very comfortable to work with.
