Zephyr Cove Resort

Great place, cabins just a hop away from the lake and the pier. Service was friendly, they had to plow the roads and make a parking spot for us after the heavy snowfall. Heater worked, plenty of space in the kitchen and bathroom. So nice to be so close to the lake.

Our stay here was amazing and very comfortable. My children loved it.it is definitely one of our favorite vacations now. We will be coming back more often

The resort is beautiful and the lake next to it was amazing, but the cabin was not cleaned very well at all. There was dog hair all over the carpet .... and I didn’t bring a dog. Once I told the front desk about it, they sent the housekeeper to clean it. When I came back the dog hair was still there, they vacuumed around things didn’t get the chunks of dog hair around the coffee table or around the sofas. They didn’t offer any discount for the uncleaned room or inconvenience it caused or anything. The way the dog hair got removed is a vacuum was brought down and I cleaned it myself. I rarely ever complain but this was disgusting, on top of the phone not working the first 2 nights and no remote for the tv In the bedroom. I don’t take vacations very often, but when I do, I don’t expect to have thee issues. We didn’t let this ruin our vacation, but was definitely disappointed to know that their cleaning standards weren’t very high, especially with COVID right now. This was SUPER DISAPPOINTING

We loved the view and the cabin. I am just not happy with parking space I got beside my cabin. It had mud so was difficult to park my car.

Beautiful area, great cabins, fantastic employees, very romantic and a short drive from the shopping centers. Love everything about it. Pet friendly and sanitary rarely come together, but they pull it off here.
