Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The first rental attempt did not work well. I reserved a vehicle at one location and then within a few hours of picking it up, I was called and told that there wouldnt be any vehicles available for 5 days. I went ahead and changed my reservation to a different location and everything worked perfectly and all of the associates were pleasant and helpful.

The Enterprise team was very understanding regarding my specific needs. Even though they did not have a Ford vehicle on the lot that I needed for snow travel they brought one down from Reno to Carson City. I was able to complete my shopping and then pickup the F150 I required. Everyone was polite and professional. I definitely would use them again.

On a very short notice, I needed a rental car. Hertz had totally screwed up my reservation and I went to Enterprise. Enterprise in Carson City was incredible, they did a fantastic job in getting me a vehicle and getting me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Enterprise and the staff in. Carson City

Enterprise and the employees in their Carson City location rock. What was supposed to be an 8-day rental, turned into twice that (own vehicle in shop). Carlos was very understanding and helped me to, four times, extend my rental. I was very appreciative. The car was clean, did what I needed it to do, and was decently comfortable.
