Avis/Budget exceeded my needs, and Monique was a pleasure. This location is in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Go through the double doors where the bell stand is. It's on the right just before you get to the front desk.

The car rental was fine, the car was clean but the Avis associate was rather rude.
