Had a really good experience at this enterprise location.nThese people know business.nThey will take care of you right away with no catches or gimmicks .

I made a car reservation online, give me a price..ok, cool..not bad.$270, five days. Date to date, time of return. We go to pick up the car..Did not ask if we going to pay no online..said at counter. Got there To pick up the car we got charged $$670. So now I am wonding why this much when we reserved the car then change it. I printed out the price and info..we asked the guy..he said u still got to pay for insurance, when he took our insurance information. 5 references, job, your boss's name, boss's phone, current utility bill. My gosh, thought they were going to ask for a kidney too. Its keeps getting worst, i understand policy changes. This guy had no sense of humor, just so serious like he is the owner. I rather just go out of town to rent.

extremely rude staff. a complete failure. this place needs training or new management. they did the Ole BAIT AND SWITCH waiting for an entire day for a vehicle to get dropped off and it never came. why honor and reservation if you don't have any vehicles available? might was well get a uhaul rental.

The staff were very helpful and understanding when I need to extend our rental for a couple more days....love it!

The store at priest and warner is just amazing. Besides great prices and selection , the staff is very understanding to customers needs , they quickly finds solutions to your problems. That works out in the best way, And I want to thank you ! This store is the best!
