Budget Car Rental

Worst car rental experience.nAs background: we have rented from this location 3 times.nn1. Cars here are NOT maintained properly. Not even cleaned very well. The car I rented last week was not vacuumed. There was popcorn in the door compartments and on the floor. It had a sticky mess all over the center console like someone had spilled a soda and let it dry. The entire dash was so filthy that I ended up cleaning it myself with windex and a wet rag.n2. They lied to me and attempted to fool me to switch to a smaller car than I paid for. This has happened 2 times to me at this locationn3. They never have the car we rented. I even went so far as the prepay for a standard SUV this last time. When I arrived I was told I could have a smaller crossover or a minivan.n4. No customer service. I have called twice to talk to a manager and after 2 days have received no callback.

I recently needed a larger car for a 2-day project. The staff at this location was great on pick up and drop off, the car was nice, newer and clean. I would definitely rent from this Budget location again.

Jessica Escobedo is very unprofessional and lacks proper knowledge of the budget reservation system, she tries to run credit checks even when you already have a prepaid reservation! Then she will cancel and hold up your money for 3-5 business days.... not a good experience and awful attitude.

I pre-paid for a car rental online and they charged me full price again any way. They are impossible to get ahold of so I am disputing. There was only person working there with about 4 customers to serve. Doesn't seem very well managed.
