Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Travis provides great service and is always reasonable. Pick ups and drop offs have been consistently fast and easy. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Our experience was positive and quick.

Had to use enterprise because of my insurance. Will never go back. They sneakily took advantage of me and added extra insurance coverage for the vehicle when it was already covered by my insurance. So now they charged $500 to my credit card that was completely unnecessary. They knew what they were doing. Do not use them.

Horrible experience. Rented a car for a week. It had WA plates that were expired. I have called more than 2 dozen times trying to get a copy of the reciept, 4 1/2 minutes on hold each time and then the automated system says your call can not be transfered and it hangs up on you.nI understand things are tough because of covid but answer your phone or at least allow a message.

Rented the last two weeks from them. Last week they told me to come in early, I did. Show up and no car.nThis week rent a mid size SUV , give me a mini van. They offer to downgrade to a small SUV. They need better inventory software. Staff are nice.
