Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My first time renting a car here and it was fast and easy. The car I reserved for was the car I got. The gentleman who helped me went over everything I needed to know. I called the morning I had to return my car and asked if I can extend to one more day and I was able to get it at no extra cost. Definitely recommend this location. I will come here for my future rentals.

When I called to change my reservation, the store representative was extremely accommodating. When we arrived to the store, the attendant was courteous and attentive. We reserved an intermediate car however when we arrived all the intermediate cars were still dirty. She gave us an upgrade, however charged us for that upgrade. I feel we should have received a discount or charged the same rate especially since we were understanding and took the rental without them taking it to the car wash.nBesides the bill, we have been satisfied thus far.

I posted 4 out 5 because: (i) I reserved a small pick-up truck and there was none. I got a big pick-up truck. I know that these are likely to be gas guzzlers, so for me that's a down-grade. (ii) I wore a mask and so did the Enterprise associate. However, he stood shoulder to shoulder with me with his tablet to have me initial and sign the contract. At that close up position, he was constantly turning towards me to explain the details.nNot the best protocol. Otherwise, good service.
