Good vehicles at a good price.

We rented a SUV 5 days ago for a weekend trip. Once we got to Hertz they told us that they don’t have SUVs available so they can give us a pick-up car. We are traveling with a toddler to a place where it’ll be raining and snowing, so of course the pick up isn’t an option. 2 hours completely lost from our weekend. Hertz has the worst costumer service. Never renting here again.

We rented a car and they ended up charging us a late fee even though we requested another day to avoid this in the first place. They said there was nothing they could do. They charged us for another day and yet they said we need to have the vehicle back by 9 am even though we were charged for another day. Poor customer service and ridiculous late fees. Use Enterprise instead.

Not bad but

The location is easy to find and the sales associate who assisted me was lovely. The stock of available cars seemed to be influx and our reserves car wasnt available. So she offered to give us either a larger or smaller car. All decent and fair rates. Their covid practices during pick up where in place and suitable. I do think the cars themselves could have been a more clean. So I gave ours a through wipe down when I got home. So not bad, not amazing...but Good. I'd pick up there again.
