Hertz

I didn't have a good experience with Hertz on my previous 2 reservation and I quickly moved to a competitor for car rental. Teddy Woods changed my perception. He is amazing at customer service. He made car return experience a pleasure. He was very considerate and welcoming. Teddy is an asset to Hertz! Ask for him next time you are there.

Expensive and can't red|m my gold member points always a problem

If I can say one thing about this place. They are VERY OUT OF THE LOOP with priorities. After they sell you your car they do not care what is going on with your vehicle. The body work from their vendors are mediocre. I just waited three weeks for my car to be taken care of and it came back worse. Their was trash in my car. Cob webs from it sitting wherever it was. It was dirty. And I was working with the STORE MANAGER and he didn’t gave a customer service bone in his body. Eddie, a little advice...if you are going to put high expectations for your customers.... MEET those high expectations because you didn’t

I had the pleasure of doing business at this location and the customer service was outstanding, everyone in the office gave me friendly greetings, the assistance was quick, efficient, and professional. In comparison to other companies some associautes don’t make eye contact till their ready to deal with you and I appreciate the atmosphere of this location. As a Johnston native this location not only represents Hertz well it makes me proud to say this is my town location.nSpecial Thanks to Teddy.

Teddy is an asset to this company. I rented a suv here they are very nice, cars are clean.A+ location. I also purchased my truck from the sales department. I'll 100% go back again.
