896 Auto Rental LLC

Just got a call from 896 Auto Rental, telling me there coming to tow the rental car I've been renting from them for the last 2 month's. First on Monday they told me this car was going to be due for service but they would switch me into a different car when it was due back. I've been paying $220 a week for a 2007 Toyota Camry with 180k on it. I make a payment every Thursday which i was going to do again today and switch into a different car. Apparently they were going to have me go there today to drop off the car but then there was never another car for me to switch into. They lied and now I'm stuck without transportation thanks to these crooks at 896 auto.

Excellent customer service from both Jen the rental agent who's super sweet and so helpful and the on site mechanic they've got both very efficient friendly. Picking up and dropping off rental was a breeze and hassle free , car was clean and comfortable and my overall experience with 896 auto rental was great I'd most definetly recommend them to friends and family !!!

They are affordable and customer service is on point
