I rented a car from July 3 to the 11th for 35 a day. They gave me a suv because they gave someone else my car I had reserved I didn't realize at first they charged me 50 a day. They held 276.00 on my debit card as of today I still didn't get the money back. They said they put it back on the 17th. Bank of America called them today and they sent them a form stating they released the money but they didn't. I Ended up having to file a fraud claim with bank of America and they are fighting budget to get the money. Do not go there unless you have money to waste
