I was disappointed with my Enterprise rental experience. The vehicle wasn’t as clean as prior rentals. I experienced an issue with the vehicle’s tire. A constant dash alert and pressure loss caused repeated stops to inflate tires. Due to holiday weekend, I was unable to exchange the vehicle. I spent hours on phone seeking out a replacement only to be placed on hold, rerouted to the Enterprise messaging system or told to call back as nothing was available. I felt customer service was lacking in that Enterprise had greater resources to find a replacement vehicle for me than I did. Instead, I was left to my own devices to no avail. One day’s compensation didn’t go far enough for the stress and inconvenience of it all. I rented for convenience and it was anything but. I’ll be reconsiderIng my choices when renting in the future.
excellent service! everything went smoothly, called the day before and car was ready next morning. Pickup and return also convenient. reasonable cost. 5/5!
My experience was and is awesome. My only question is why I was charged something different every week I rented the same car, started the rental at $428.51 for the first week, 228.51 for the second week, 274.03 for the third week and 183.00 for the forth week. Other then that my experience was really well and I won't knock them stars for the price differences. They were there when I needed them.
The employees were very nice and helpful. Asked questions and gave fantastic answers....absolutely would recommend this location
