Not the greatest experience. For a company whose slogan is We'll Pick You Up For Free, they not only weren't able to pick up a customer but also weren't able to drop off a customer. There were two conflicting reasons for the above; one is due to the pandemic, and the second being manpower. Wouldn't have had an issue with either assuming it was one or the other and came from both employees instead of different reasons from each employee. Also, the last time I took a chance on Enterprise, I mistakenly left something of value in the rental and when I spoke with someone, the best I was told that could be done is someone will make a note of it and call you if it turns up. Quite frankly, that's not good enough and given I've yet to hear from someone and doubt I will, it leaves me to believe some of the people they hire, are questionable. When asked about people with disabilities who either can't afford a cab/Uber or don't have a support system/friend/neighbor to drop them off or pick them up from the establishment, I was essentially told oh well and too bad.
